OnLineLive is an on-line database that collects and puts more than 850 on-line TV stations and 1500 radio breoadcasters in your hands. The program lets you create a favourites directory, for both TV and radio.

The quality of sound and image you get with OnLineLive is pretty good, and you can watch them via Windows Media Player, that you have installed and upgraded on your PC.
